Gradu8 does not line up a succession of job interviews, hoping that the candidate will tire and eventually accept a position. Our interest in the candidate extends to meeting them and talking to them in order to understand the circumstances a candidate finds himself in and agree the type of role that suits the candidates experience and aspirations. We do our best to offer a level of honesty and integrity. We offer feed back at each stage of the process and if a candidate does poorly at an interview, we tell them why. We have over 60 year’s joint experience in our senior consulting team and are happy to provide a range of recruitment solutions to both candidate and client.
