We are not interested in the quick fix, where candidates are provided with a misleading job brief in the hope that they may be persuaded to follow the interview trail. Gradu8 was set up over three years ago by three directors. In 2008 Chris Pye became the major and only shareholder of gradu8. Each year gradu8 has brought strength on strength providing the best quality service for candidates and clients. We offer services throughout the UK and the world through various contacts. Our ambition is to provide working partnership that suits our client’s needs by sourcing the ‘right’ type of candidate. We have over 60 year’s joint experience in our senior consulting team and are happy to provide a range of recruitment solutions to both candidate and client.
