The International arm of Gradu8 recruits executive, commercial and operational people for roles overseas in the Construction Sector: including Contractors, Building Material Producers and Distributors.

 

With over 50 years of recruiting experience within the team we know better than anyone that in general the reputation of recruitment companies to say the least is not good. For the candidate we seek to provide the same level of understanding and service. If we are interested in our client we must also be interested in our candidate as they go hand in glove. We are not interested in the quick fix, where candidates are provided with a misleading job brief in the hope that they may be persuaded to follow the interview trail without considering whether the role is truly right for them. We agree the type of role that suits the candidates experience and aspirations – we are not magicians if the right job is not there – it’s not there. We meet every candidate selected for interview with the client to ensure they enter the meeting with our client prepared and focussed. We respect the candidate and do our best to offer a level of honesty and integrity – we do not misrepresent a vacancy, we offer feed back at each stage of the process and if a candidate does poorly at an interview, we tell them why. Above all we offer our candidates help, which for a successful candidate means they have an experienced guide through the difficult relocation process including acclimatisation advice, visa application and travel arrangements.
