Each year we have gone from strength to strength providing the best quality service for candidates and clients.
gradu8° was set up over 15 years ago and in 2008 Chris Pye became the only shareholder.
We offer services throughout the UK and the world through various contacts. Our ambition is to provide a working partnership that suits our client’s needs by sourcing the ‘right’ type of candidate. We are friendly people, seriously trying to make life easy for our clients and their personnel issues.
Our clients include Manufacturers, Distributors and Contractors and we secure people from office based personnel to chief executives. To make this possible we work with a relatively small number of clients and provide a partnering resource.

For the Client – we offer a service which is responsive, realistic and great value for money. Overall gradu8° is a recruitment company which is genuinely interested in its clients and their success. We take pride in our work and a great deal of satisfaction from the success our client can gain from recruiting quality people who make the difference.
For Our Candidates
For the Candidate – we seek to provide a similar level of understanding and service for candidates and clients. We are not interested in the quick fix, we do not line up a succession of job interviews, hoping that the candidate will tire and eventually accept a position. Our interest in the candidate extends to meeting them and talking to them in order to understand the circumstances they find themselves in and agree on the type of role that suits their experience and aspirations.
